Pastor Rochelle Hess is a wife, mother and an anointed, appointed, dynamic intercessor and deliverer of the Gospel. Pastor Hess is an ordained Evangelist, and a certified licensed Substance Abuse Counselor. She is the founder and CEO of Surrender All Ministries which launched in 2003. Pastor Hess also trained with the "Be Well Now" Institute Inc, registered in Sacramento, California and received a License of Achievement in Domestic Violence and Anger Management.

God has called Pastor Hess to be an alarm clock in these end times. She is a trumpet blower to a generation called to "root out, pull down, destroy and throw down, to build and to plant," (Jeremiah 1:10). "God has sent me to break the curse and bondage of Drug Addiction off of His people; to let them know there is hope without dope, and set the captives free."  God has graced Pastor Hess in the area of Prayer and Intercession. Her principal assignment in the earth realm is to stand in the gap for men and women of God who operate in the five-fold ministry gifts (i.e. Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher) covering their God-given Visions, Ministry and Families.

     She has hosted many Women's Conferences, local and Statewide. She is currently an Associate Pastor at Vision International Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Peter Morgan, where she is one of the key Ministerial supports in counseling, teaching; training and equipping the body of Christ in living their best life in God and helping them find their divine purpose and destiny. She also serves as an Advisor for the WOV Board of Representatives under the leadership of Pastor Sarah Morgan.
